Prayer 68: Pray for African Countries

We pray against the exploitation of the land, the people and the resources of Africa international and local groups.

We pray for a more equal distribution of the wealth and the resources of the land in the best interest of the people.

We pray for wisdom and innovative strategies to further develop the land.

We pray that people will develop the necessary skills and expertise to develop the human, the physical and natural resources of the land.

God bless the land and people of Africa.

Prayer 55: Prayer Points for French Guiana

French Guiana faces:

– limited access to safe drinking water, due mainly to its geography

– potential instability because of a heavy reliance on natural resources and tourism

– constant threats from the Yellow Fever virus

– late diagnoses of diseases such as HIV/AIDS, producing unnecessary death and suffering

We thank God that many health afflictions have been taken care of in this nation via vaccines and other avenues.

We pray for the safety and continued life, health and strength of the residents of French Guiana. We also pray for wise political leaders who will promote economic diversification and devise solutions to the social problems plaguing this nation.
